While technically on the adjacent Water Corporation Drive, the only practical access is from the end of Ligali Ayorinde Street. This complex is the premier leisure and event hub in Lagos.

  • Landmark Event Centre: One of the largest, most high-tech, and most popular event venues in Africa, hosting major corporate AGMs, tech summits (like “Art of Technology”), and society weddings.

3. FCMB “The Cube” HQ

This is one of the most recognizable works of architecture in Lagos.

• The Building: “The Cube” is the stunning, award-winning headquarters of FCMB Group. It’s a “building-within-a-building,” a cube-shaped structure with a unique, pixelated facade of red, white, and black panels. It is a symbol of “new Lagos” finance: tech-forward, bold, and design-conscious.

4. UBA (The “Stallion”) HQ

This is another massive corporate headquarters, providing a visual contrast to FCMB.
