The Eyo Festival is the historic masquerade festival of the indigenous Lagos people, marking funeral rites of Lagos chiefs. Masked Eyo masquerades parade Marina, Tinubu Square, and Iga Idunganran in white robes and tall hats. The festival is held intermittently as required by tradition.
